I used Upscale Real Estate Services for the purchase of my home in Houston, TX. I worked with Broker owner, Myka, and she was nothing less than upscale and professional. I appreciated how Myka educated her clients on the process each step of the way. The education that Myka provided was always up to date, honest, and allows the client to make the best decision for their situation. Upscale Real Estate Services were not overbearing during the decision making process. Communication was timely, proactive, and with facts. I traveled 90% of the week for work to another city and was concerned with being present for inspections, quotes, self paid rehabs but Upscale supported me beyond my expectations. They showed up to all inspections, appointments for quotes, and rehabs in my absence. Myka would call me via FT so I had real-time visibility into the process. I would not have been optimistic about the process without Myka and her firm. My close was delayed as a result of the lender but Myka took action and communicated effectively to get us to the finish line. This company cuts down trees on property that hasn't sold and never will it's in a flood zone next to cypress Creek on huffmeister rd and whispering valley .The homes right behind it were bought out by the county and torn down because they flood so much. they have left the dead trees laying there . He is killing the trees in cypress for no reason. Think twice before you do business with this company.
